這個問題的條件是當你超過幾天沒健身之後
再回去訓練時原本一直練的重量會下降
比如臥推80 5*5 五天沒去之後發現只剩下75 或70
畢竟很多都不是專業的 可能只是練興趣
我是那種很難增胖的體質
66公斤 握推還不錯80 但下半身就很弱了
有一個困擾是當自己胸沒練三四天左右重量不自覺就掉了
有人跟我一樣困擾嗎畢竟有時真的會很忙
希望給點建議
