最近有股不要把時間花在運動上的想法
想說飲食控制就可以不要變重
從小算是個胖小孩,但只能算是中胖 。
小六就七十幾了,雖然身高快170
最胖大概是高一的時候,79kg, 175cm. (之後身高都維持175cm)
那個時候是睡太多(九點或以前睡到早上六點以後)也不太運動。
後來睡得少,大概算是正常人的睡眠,到了高三體重降到75kg.
大一開始跑步,從以前1000都無法跑完的狀況,慢慢跑到5000都可以輕鬆跑完
當兵的時候大概66-69kg 3000可以12分半跑完。當兵完慢慢的變重
之前上班通勤捷運公車,連走路一天來回三小時,體重69 70 隔了一年換了新工作
現在已經73了。 看得出肚子頗有分量的油。 該不該跑步啊?每天上班
12小時好累......雖然只是做保全很輕鬆啦。
可不可以只靠正常飲食維持體重,健康呢? 最近是一有空就跑步啦,
但是都沒變輕
