運動新人一問
我目前隔日會去健身房運動一個小時 大概做6、7個器材 每個30~50下 上下身都有做
一開始是做完就會酸個兩三天 現在酸痛感大概一二十分鐘就沒了 重量都是安排10~12下剛
好沒力
請問如果做到沒力 但沒有後續的酸痛 有運動效果嗎?
