偶爾會有聚會
今天去吃吃到飽 當然熱量一定超過一天的需要
我想問的是晚餐不吃會很傷身体嗎?
倒也不是肚子餓刻意不吃
只是處於可以吃也可以不吃的狀態(很像形容的很詭異- -)
只是很好奇 是不是不會特別餓就可以不吃晚餐了?
還是最好也要有東西墊胃?!
(其實我也不太明白肚子消化完了沒有 因為中午吃完到現在肚子的狀態還是怪怪的)
