有氧強度&EPOC的問題 - 健身

有氧的強度是看心跳數還是時間?
例如:
心跳數130 持續60分鐘
心跳數130 持續30分鐘
心跳數100 持續60分鐘
心跳數100 持續30分鐘(算有氧?)
這樣要怎麼判斷有氧強度是高 中 低呢?
另外想請問運動後耗能EOPC的問題
運動後會很累,很想睡覺..
睡覺的耗能本來就比較低,
運動後睡覺還會有運動後耗能的效果嗎??
例如:睡前有氧,然後洗澡睡覺
