最近看了一些文章發現
如果要降體脂增肌的話 有氧效不見得比較好
拿下面兩組來說
1. 每天需要大概3500卡
可是現在控制攝取3000卡左右
每天重訓 + 有氧 (假設有氧燒掉500大卡)
2. 每天需要大概3500
可是現在控制攝取2500卡左右
每天只做重訓
是否兩者的效果都一樣呢?
