也難怪會有人酸來酸去
每個人對於壯的定義真的差別太大
有人認為有線條 沒有脂肪 就是壯
有人認為 要像阿諾一樣才是壯
甚至也會有人認為 胖就是壯了...
看到有人跳鄭多燕都會變壯 而且才兩個禮拜...
這真的是太威猛了
一般人如我 練重訓練了四五年 維持著每兩天重訓一次的頻率
才好不容易練到別人稍微看的出來是有練過的身材
跳個兩個禮拜就肌肉大到看的出來這真的很不容易
如果這是真的
那應該可以得諾貝爾獎了
大家也不用重訓練的這麼辛苦了
