關於跳繩減脂 - 健身

看到有氧運動的精華區比較方便的就是跳繩
所以我開始跳繩了
可是因為以前從來沒有這樣劇烈運動過
所以最多跳到150時下小腿就會先受不了了
而且這還是剛開始跳的時候 !!
所以我都斷斷續續的跳滿30分鐘
喘了就稍微站著休息
請問這樣減脂會有效果嗎?
還有各位有跳繩減脂的真的都跳滿30分鐘嗎?
