健身資歷不過短短的兩年而已,也算是有點成績
但荒廢了五年之久,原因就不多說了。
久沒見的親朋好友見到我,都說我人消瘦了很多
現在肌肉群跟肌耐力大不如前,可以說是打掉重
練的程度了
想請教我開始去健身房,大約練到什麼程度吃乳
清跟高蛋白食品會比較好
