久沒練,重新開始 - 健身

之前有認真練了2~3年,小有成果
,後來手傷一直沒好不能拉單槓很賭
爛就不練了,體重也掉5公斤打回最
初完全沒練的體重,但以前練過的痕跡
還在,只是小了點,哪裡的肉不見我就
蠻好奇的,但痕跡在歸在,狀態變的跟
初學者沒兩樣了,伏地挺身仰臥起座做
不到100就虛脫(8組)單槓從最多一組10
下變3下,完全的砍掉重練了,目前拉
單槓手沒什麼問題,希望能繼續下去,
不然兩年沒好這輩子都不會好了吧…
離開家鄉身邊新朋友完全沒人有重訓真
讓人覺得少了些動力,我又要來健身板
發廢文了,大家多多指教!
