因為最近看到很多人都會喝的樣子 從大二進學校健身房
大概一週兩三次重訓 不過目前國軍登入中 每週只能放假去練一次 多少維持肌肉量
自己的疑問是 有的說法是日常三餐的蛋白質就夠應付了 而且有人從不吃乳清也是練得
很好
還是跟體質有關係 偏瘦比較需要額外攝取嗎? 謝謝各位巨巨
