小弟最近一個月在嘗試正餐吃素
平日所需蛋白質只靠乳清
一般是在睡前跟重訓後使用
但由於時間關係
小弟有時把運動時間改到晚上
所以導致一天中兩次乳清始用時間差距
只有3小時左右
運動完使用不會有症狀
但睡前喝會產生些不適
像頭痛 發熱 喉嚨乾渴 腫脹
但是像ㄧ般人的腹瀉到是沒有產生
Ps 小弟昨睡前因為某些原因喝了3罐戀職人牛奶
也有類似症狀。 但可能只是單純喝太飽的關係
