我體重83公斤 身高190公分
有在costco買灌whey的乳清蛋白營養補充粉
一灌重量1360公克
每份28g 每份熱量110大卡 蛋白質20g 脂肪0.5g 碳水化合物6g 納72毫克
我每天都會去健身房 (我知道最好要休息48小時後再做 但是我做在多隔天很少有酸痛感)
(健身房時間只到9月初 想盡快練結實^^")
請問我要怎麼喝這個乳清蛋白呢? 一天幾次 量多少?
另外再請問要練結實的話 是重量多次數做嗎?
練大肌肉的話是次數越來越少 重量越來越重?
我的觀念有正確嗎? 請教各位^^"
