腹肌形狀與伏地挺身的問題 - 健身

我的腹肌看起來有六塊, 但是最上面的兩塊卻各是三角形
畫得很醜的圖:

而最下面的兩塊小腹肌看不到倒是摸的到
我了解要腹肌明顯一定要消脂, 但是我卻
想要先把最上面那兩塊小腹肌的形狀改成
正方形的.
我練腹肌只有練仰臥起坐(起來會右手肘碰
左膝蓋, 另一邊相反)以及躺在地上腳踏車
聽說肌肉的形狀每個人可能是固定的, 但
是我還是想把他練成方塊狀, 請各位大大解惑
ps.我做伏地挺身肩膀會痛是否是因為姿勢不正確?
