最近想加強身體爆發力
想請問板上的各位先進
power snatch 有什麼特別需要注意的嗎
小弟是看到這個網址的

因為平時也有在做重量
體重大概85kg左右
那重量選取大概多少會比較ok呢?
然後跟 hang power clean 比較
兩著訓練的肌肉部份有很大的差異嗎?
因為如果說練起來爆發力的效率差不多的話
那會選擇hang power clean來練~
