請問一下巨巨們~
搜尋了網路上的文章通常建議重訓後30 分鐘內飲用乳清蛋白
此時重訓完的身體較容易吸收
但~我通常重訓1.5小時完成後接著做有氧40分鐘(跑步)
請問一下此種狀況下乳清蛋白要在做完重訓後飲用,還是跑步完再飲用?
還請各位巨巨幫忙解惑
