乾瘦男生 要做有氧嗎? 還是重訓衝刺~ - 健身

各位巨巨午安,
小弟有個問題,如果體脂低、肌肉量中低的我想要增加肌肉,
而體脂不要跟著上升"太多"(可能10%→13%這樣小幅度)的話,
一個禮拜要做幾次有氧啊??還是HIIT(高強度間歇)也行??

因為之前高中每天打籃球...後來上大學都在跑步
最近一年開始重訓,而有氧運動就做比較少
另外比較想問說: 瘦子適合同一天重訓完再30分鐘有氧嗎??
體力感覺還能負荷,只是怕剛鍛鍊完的肌肉因為有氧消耗能量,
而導致肌肉所需的補給不夠(或是我就要吃更多??)這樣子
一些小問題想跟板上瘦巨巨一起討論一下︿0︿
