請問各位@@
我還是健身的初學者
最近才開始練..
大概練了兩個禮拜,我都在家舉啞鈴
今天是第四次
有個問題就是.....
我右手二頭變兩節了= =
可是左手還是很均勻
我是用坐姿 手肘靠在大腿上練二頭(15P 10下)
左右手都一樣
還有單臂划船..(25P 12下)
請問是我用力不均勻嗎???
才會造成右手二頭不均勻嗎= =?
