五公斤啞鈴變成徒手運動討論
但仔細想想.........其實徒手真的挺夠诶
以伏地挺身來說,眾所周知是練胸的
可是根據手的角度不同,練到的部位似乎有變化
以背部來說
你把手肘撐開到接近平行,此時感受度從胸變成背部較有感
如果你把手肘往內縮貼近身體,那就是二三頭的感受度最大
腹部就用棒式
腿部就深蹲,跟保加利亞分腿蹲,分腿蹲如果姿勢正確,就算沒有負重也是夠你受的
這樣弄下來,真的徒手可以練全身,大致上啦,過小的肌群就沒辦法
以上只要你把動作放慢,對一般人而言絕對都夠用
唯一一個我想不出怎麼徒手練的熱門部位只有肩膀
