Hi 大家好,加拿大阿姨昨天剛比完人生第一場比賽,拿了三個第二名(novice, true no
vice, class A)
這邊很興奮想跟大家分享一些自己備賽的心路歷程,跟簡單介紹一下wellness這個在台灣
還是很陌生的項目
阿姨我從19年就想比賽了,可惜19年底到20年初生了場大病(自體免疫疾病不是Covid),
病到連走路都不能好好走,每天吃止痛藥,然後病稍微好一點之後Covid就開始蔓延,健
身房關門,封城,所以我一直拖到2022年啦
當初一開始我是想先從比基尼開始比來試個水溫,結果教練看到我的照片之後直接跟我說
我是wellness (我本身健身已經很多年,股四頭非常發達,這兩年有避開練股四,現在
想起來非常後悔)
Wellness 健康小姐這個項目在IFBB體系非常新,但其實在南美別的組織聯盟已經盛行多
年),但IFBB應該是2018,2019才正式引進這個項目
也因為這個項目很新,裁判也還沒有統一他們的標準,所以有新的項目發展的時候,會是
最好拿卡的時候,也就是說這個項目現在在我們北美非常熱門,我的教練跟我說他今年新
收的女學生裡只有兩個是比基尼,其他10幾個女生通通都是要比wellness的
這個項目的上半身跟比基尼的標準很像,但下半身非常的發達 (想像我們是半人馬版的
比基尼就對了)
常常有人會以為我們是胖版的比基尼,其實這是不對的,我們的乾度跟比基尼差不多,現
在很多頂尖的wellness選手下半身的切割度很驚人

所以說我們絕對不是胖版比基尼,我們是半人馬比基尼!!!
這次我的備賽期是16週,我一直以來都是肉壯肉壯的,也從來沒有認真減過脂
一開始的體態是這樣脂包肌

(應該看的出來我就是腿粗屁股大)
體重是60.2kg (減到最後一週體重在52.1上下浮動)
我基本上是一週跟教練check in 一次,他會視情況幫我做飲食方面的調整,或是看我減
脂的進度給我適當的安排欺騙餐(基本上我的欺騙餐就是漢堡跟薯條)
進入第九週之後開始加入空腹有氧,熱量也越來越少,從一開始的1800,漸漸減到1200,
有氧也從一開始400大卡,逐步增加到800,最後一週甚至到900
其實整個過程中最讓我痛苦的不是飲食,不是訓練,而是有氧,
畢竟阿姨我以前是個零有氧人,好顯家裡有台跑步機可以讓我做空服有氧,所以我早上基
本上就開著電視看然後跑步,下班後去訓練完再踩橢圓機
教練讓我一週訓練六天,但我會把休息日拿來練胸XD
就這樣我一直到賽前第二週的時候狀態就已經調整到差不多了,下面幾張是我賽前兩週的

基本上上半身是已經乾到爆筋,但下半身就...有待加強哈哈哈(這是正常的,基本上我
們
女生因為雌激素的關係脂肪都囤積在下半身,所以下半身比較難達到狀態)
然後最後兩週教練讓我不要吃任何零卡但有代糖的食物或飲料,蔬菜也只能吃小黃瓜,蘆
筍或芹菜
(這幾種蔬菜不會造成脹氣,也利尿)
最後一週peak week斷碳限鈉,每天飲用6-8L的水,每天跟教練
Check in,視情況做飲食的調整
就這樣來到禮拜五的check in跟athlete meeting, 我原本以為我參加的這場比賽算是中
小型的local show, 結果show promoter 說我比的這場Alberta open是今年加拿大CPA(也
就是加拿大版的NPC,同屬IFBB體制)參加人數最多的一場,當場傻眼哈哈哈
禮拜六比賽當天我早上五點跟教練check in, 六點去弄妝髮,然後就被畫的跟妖怪一樣我
媽看了都認不出來的程度
然後就是漫長的等待(我們wellness是倒數第二個上場的)
Pre judging之後我就差不多知道我有進前二了,因為我基本上都是站C位
然後晚上的final 也如願拿下三個獎盃(都是第二名就是了)

基本上我輸給右二的那個女生(她也是當晚的全場總冠軍),
可以看到她比肉量多很多,但這個女生是從figure降下來比的,所以肉量上輸她我心服口
服,我腿的狀態也沒有達到我很滿意的狀態,尤其是rear shot我的臀的狀態還有很大的
進步空間,但有進前三我已經很開心了,這代表我有資格去比拿卡賽了

我非常感激我的教練,在加拿大有許多非常知名的訓練團隊,我非常高興我跟到了一個好
教練,
他真的是有確實照顧好每一個選手,我們整個team像一個大家庭一樣,大家互相加油打戲
,一同打下許多獎盃
然後我下一場比賽會是七月的溫哥華pro qualifier,接下來的時間我會盡全力全力以赴
,不求拿卡,只求超越自己,也希望台灣能引進這個項目這樣我就可以回台灣比賽了QQ
