五十天極限瘦身 - 健身

其實我不知道對其他人來說算不算極限啦,但我是踩線完成的所以是我的極限
事情是這樣的:
我們班今年六月底要去畢旅,
我從三四月就嚷著說要瘦身,在峇里島才能不穿衣服到處亂跑
可是我們班上一位很胖的同學一直唱衰我說我不可能,最後我忍無可忍跟他打賭
"如果我在峇里島時已經有腹肌,他就要在一年內變得跟我一樣;
如果沒有,就要吃得跟他一樣胖"
因為他真的很胖,所以不管是誰,輸了都會很要命的!
於是我就開始了我的瘦身之旅

先來看看這五十天來的變化:

不瞞各位,上面三張是放鬆的樣子,下面三張有用力
但依然可以發現腰間的肉不斷地減少

*菜單
早餐:饅頭夾(雙)蛋、優酪乳500mL,
攝取一天所需之部分醣類、脂質、蛋白質
午餐:白飯一碗、非油炸肉類一份、青菜兩份
補滿醣類、蛋白質的需求,深色與淺色蔬菜各一份作為纖維素與維生素之攝取。
(量自己拿捏,不要超過八分飽,夾女九自助餐的話不超過65元)
晚餐:全家35元沙拉*2,醬丟掉(、茶葉蛋*2)
補滿維生素,剛開始不習慣可以再加最多兩顆蛋
點心:開水、四包拿鐵(每包熱量<100kcal)
其實應該要只能喝開水啦,但考試熬夜真的難免需要一些咖啡因(和撫慰人心的香氣)

*禁忌
不碰油炸類食物、
不喝一般含糖飲料、
(我個人會再避開cheese類食物,小體積高熱量)、
不可對自己心軟

*運動
每天一小時
可以重訓、打球、慢跑,只要是運動即可
我個人是每天重訓,一天一個set,兩個set輪流做
set A: 二頭肌、腹肌、三角肌
set B: 臥推、下背肌、小臂肌(就是可以讓手腕運動的肌肉啦,不知叫啥)
(沒有腿部訓練是因為本來有打算每周慢跑兩次,但後來因為太消耗精神了
又期中考接期末考的,後面三十天就沒甚麼在跑/.\)
不過我一跑就會跑8 km,加跑前跑後的慢走約一小時左右
重點是每天以及做滿(就算在球場或重訓室待一小時,如果有五十分鐘都在休息那是絕對
沒用的)

以上方法提供給大家參考
但要注意這是想要極限瘦身的方法,如果想要慢慢來的人
其實晚餐可以吃多一點,但大概五分或七分飽就要停了,
除非你六點吃飯兩點都還沒睡之類的,反正就是要睡覺的時候已經沒啥熱量可以存起來了
而這個方法的好處就是一天只需要另外花一小時去運動,其他時候身體會本能地消耗熱量
,也就自然而然的瘦下來了
這一小時絕對是撥得出來的,就算是期末考周我也照樣會去重訓
反正看__打__ 差不多也一小時,與其如此不如拿來做對身體更好的事
重點還是要持之以恆啦,最怕的就是覺得時間還久就放任自己或是覺得多吃一點應該沒關
係
不要太在意體重,聽說肌肉是同體積脂肪的約4倍重,而有肌肉是好的,雖然我還是從87
變81了啦,但對於本來就很不重的人可能體重就不會掉這麼多,所以還是用看的最準
只要不是瘦成竹竿,瘦下來對健康應該也是有幫助的,自己看了也開心
所以如果不滿意現狀,那就試圖去改變吧!

不過因為他有一年,所以我目前只有禁止他喝含糖飲料以及要求他每天重訓
順利的話其實半年應該就會有效了,到時我再請他上來PO文
