年齡:30
身高:156cm
體重:54.5
BMI: 22
體脂率:31.5
參考:小腹大 蝴蝶袖 大小腿粗
早餐:紫米飯糰加蛋(無油條加一匙肉鬆和菜圃?)
或全麥土司不加美乃滋加番茄醬(鮪魚或壎雞或火腿)加蛋
無糖豆漿或無糖紅茶
午餐:大部分沒吃
一個星期約三天吃冬粉湯+小菜肉菜各一份
或subway 六吋全麥雞肉(紅酒醬料減半+菜等)
晚餐:2/3碗南瓜+魚肉菜(各半碗左右不定)(家裡煮)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
凌晨一點到兩點睡
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
企劃上班族
健康狀況:(是/否) 是

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
二月中後開始認真運動
每周運動最少四天到六天 但是已經亂跑到不知道怎麼跑下去?
不好意思來麻煩大家 給我意見
從慢跑國小操場15圈+快走5圈 後來改慢跑加快走半小時加鄭多燕半小時
後來查了資料快走消體脂比較快
所以改成全部快走到現在一小時可走六公里左右(APP RUNNING)
家裡體重計早起廁所完固定量從57.5kg 體脂34降到現在體脂31.5體重54.5
我有去inbody 肌肉要增量1kg
體脂至少要瘦到正常25 最好能到20
想問一下 我的運動菜單一週五到六天
到底應該要怎麼調整才能比較正確瘦到體脂 謝謝
p.s.額外提一下我好像不能做仰臥起坐超過20下 就會頭暈
(之前曾試著用跳繩減肥 兩分鐘就暈了想吐)
至於伏地挺身我也無法做 但其他的四分鐘間歇運動 我可以做 謝謝
