在"肌力訓練圖解聖經"曾經提到"以實際的態度看待你所能鍛鍊的肌肉量,因為只有少數
人擁有能夠練到非常壯的遺傳基因"
所以說 人的最大肌肉量由基因所決定?
我已健身10幾年
雖然有鍛鍊出一些肌肉
但肌肉一直無法再變更大
觀察週遭的健身房常客
似乎也是如此
大部份的人 就算是練得很勤、喝高蛋白的人
也無法在幾年間有很大的變化
原本就很結實的人 練了幾年還是無法變得很壯碩
原本就很壯碩的人 練了幾年還是無法變成健美選手
(但瘦子變成胖子 或胖子變成瘦子 倒是比較常見XD)
這是否告訴我們
當鍛鍊了幾年後 肌肉量都不再有變化(代表肌肉量已接近基因決定的最大值)
就應該停止進行更進階的訓練(以預防受傷並省下時間)、停止攝取更多的熱量和蛋白質(
以預防體脂增加並省下金錢)?
