因為是上班族
最近開始比較注意健身重訓
但有時一到晚上下班時
整個人已經比較沒有能量了
其實可以很明顯感覺做的重量比起週末有差
有朋友跟我說
身體沒有能量去做重訓
很容易傷身體
既沒有訓練到又容易內傷
有時也在想該讓自己身體覺得有能量去做比較有效果
不過一但重訓變成一種習慣
身體沒能量但還是滿想去的
請問在什麼身體狀況大家才會做重訓呢?
還是不管累不累 還是給他做下去就是了?
