在這板可說是爬了好多文
很想要找到適合自己的方法來達到增重的目標
看了增重的方法
首先飲食方面
困惑我的是 很多人寫說食用"乳清蛋白"的部分
在我看完很多人推薦這項產品時
又有一文說 如果可以不要食用 因為傷腎 可以多食用水煮蛋白跟肉
而且乳清蛋白又貴
我不知道是否要食用 想到感覺還蠻多副作用
可是我的確吸收不好 很不容易達到增重的效果
再來我比較沒有錢花在健身房上面 所以我看了很多不用錢的訓練方法
像是伏地挺身或是仰臥起坐之類的
但又看到一文寫道 這些不像重訓會破壞肌肉組織 相對比較難長成肌肉
也說伏地挺身會傷手關節 啞鈴也要一組一組去買
真的覺得自己的健身之路好困難
我知道健身是一定要付出一定的代價
可是好像已經沒有更適合我的方法
現在身高178 體重才51 這應該不是人了吧!!!
真的很想要看起來體面一點
