小弟從上週讓自己開始有固定時間慢跑的習慣>好吧我承認是看到有正妹在跑
上週從三圈<約4500M>後會加速<不是百米速度 只是腳再往前多跨一點>
跑到自己很喘受不了才停下來 週一~週四 都這樣跑 後面三天因為創意市集就休息
而這週也是這樣跑 但昨天 耐著性子定速硬是跑完四圈<粗估6000M>大概四十五分吧
跑完真的有操到 很累 ! 今天一樣跑四圈 可是咧 跑完卻不像前一天很累
時間也差不多ㄝ 有人有這樣的經驗嗎= =
