剛好談到有關於減肥的話題
不過我看到時 已經是最後一段了
講解的是一位姓潘的老師 他在最後結束前提到2個觀點
1.關於333
這位潘老師認為運動持續30分是正確的 但是他不贊成
維持130的心跳 他道出130不是人人都能達到 甚至有人根本達不到
2.對於減肥的不二法則少吃多動
他認為少吃遠比多動來的重要
節目前面沒看到滿可惜的= =
