今天去練重量的時候,有一位大哥
告訴我一個新練法,就是假設今天
星期一練胸的話,接下來的一星期
就練胸,下星期再練別的肌群今天
練完明天很酸的話,就把重量放輕
繼續練,我聽到的時候我很好奇,
這樣不就肌肉沒啥休息嗎?不過看那
位大哥也是上半身也是練的頗有水
準,所以上來跟大家討論一下!
