感覺今天腳踏車踩起來有點兒沒力,
在早上要出門前,精神也感覺不是很好,就是整個懶懶的感覺,而且有點兒睡意。
不知道是因為前幾天訓練太多的緣故,或者因為我吃東西的熱量不夠,
這方面還要在觀察、實驗看看。
由於今天好像狀況不太好,所以就想說來個慢慢的輕鬆跑好了,不要給自己壓力,
當感覺身體負荷變大或是變得有點兒喘不過氣時,就把速度放慢、身體再放輕鬆點,
有時跑著跑著忽然自動會跑快一點,可能是剛剛跑得較慢,身體累積了一點體力,
就這樣維持著有一點兒喘的程度,真的可以跑比較久,大約到第6、7圈的時候,
身體的負荷逐漸變大、而且也有點厭煩就結束了,結束前一百公尺有逐漸提高一些速度,
作為之後可能要快跑訓練的一點準備和適應。
跑完,流了好多汗,之前練的快跑好像沒流這麼多,好像慢跑流的汗會比較多。
運動完精神整個都變好,雖然之後過一段時間感覺又開始想睡覺,
下午3、4點又在跑一次。
不知道運動完精神變好和EPOC的關聯?
EPOC看起來只是一些科學數據,但不知在個人親身感受起來是個什麼樣的情況?
也許EPOC的升降和精神變好或是睡意有關?
肌力訓練方面,
肌肉用力撐個10秒、放鬆、反覆做個30次,算是有氧運動還是無氧運動?
若以「間歇」的角度來看,它每次只有10秒,10秒<30分鐘應該是無氧運動?
若這種運動:撐10秒、放鬆,反覆做到時間總和30分鐘究竟是有氧運動還是無氧運動?
因為慢跑時腿部肌肉也沒隨時都在出力阿?
還是說雖然單一種無氧運動或肌肉訓練無法持續到30分鐘,
但是多種組合起來時間有30分鐘的話,可以算是有氧?
若以紅、白肌的角度來看,
快肌(白肌)主要是高頻率快速收縮,常見於短跑選手:無氧運動?
慢肌(紅肌)慢頻率收縮,常見於長跑選手:有氧運動?
那麼撐個10秒不動,這樣的速度好像並不快,究竟是快肌在作用還是慢肌?
有氧還是無氧?
飲食方面,回想起來,
今天吃了約半斤的紫色地瓜(山藥地瓜)、
2、3杯約250ml的溫熱含糖飲料(店內附贈,喝起來像洛神花茶,但不確定)、
一盤茄汁義大利麵、大概600g的豆腐、幾根青江菜、一點海帶、
一丁點的紅蘿蔔和黑木耳、2湯匙的葵花子。
剛才看網站說運動量大的人基礎代謝率有2000cal以上,
但是現在看看自己吃的食物....好像不到耶。
到底該吃進多少熱量要怎麼評估?是否因人而異?
如果要吃到2000kal以上那不是要吃很多東西?肚子一整天都撐著很難受吧?
喜歡肚子空空很輕鬆的感覺。
