之前有po過三餐使用一種由FASHION GUIDE裡一位軟糖公主發佈的食譜
但3年前吃可以瘦,但現在卻完全瘦不下來
經由大家的指正之後
將自己的飲食與運動習慣做些調整
運動:一周5天改由天天運動
X-bike 1hr
並加上心跳器,持續在130up
飲食
早餐:中杯紅茶+一份三角三明治(大多是生菜+鮪魚口味)
午餐:三樣菜(每樣約一個拳頭大)+白飯(自助菜紙碗的量)
or高麗菜水餃10顆
or海鮮烏龍麵(烏龍麵的量也大約只有自助餐紙碗的量)
晚餐:三樣菜(每樣約只有1~2口的量)+白飯(半碗->家裡裝飯的飯碗)
其它:我除了早餐以外都不會喝其它飲料,每天也大約喝了2500cc以上的水
每天量體重體脂的時間都是起床刷牙洗臉完
體脂一星期的區間約在30~34%不等
體重一樣期的區間也約在59.8~60.8KG
這樣的記錄已經持續5個星期了
真的是很沮喪呀~
我不追求體重數字上的減少
但體脂卻一直沒啥變化
再加上最近因為胃潰瘍
飲食變得更加小心與清淡
但體重仍是沒有什麼變化
我該怎麼做呢???
