代謝紊亂會一直胖? - 減肥

已經養成固定運動習慣三個月了,
目前一周會跑跑步機4~5天,一次35~40分鐘,
因為住外面,自己也知道吃的並不是很健康,
之前PO過減肥文有回去檢討,但今天我想問的重點不是這個,
而是今天去看了中醫,
他說我代謝和內分泌失調得很嚴重,
體重只會一直上升,
^^^^^^^^
我說我有固定慢跑,但醫生說慢跑可以增加心肺功能,
對調整內分泌沒有幫助,必須吃藥調整,當然三餐吃的東西也是要注意,
六年來我的BMI從19升到22,
聽了醫生的話,我很擔心還會繼續升 QQ
是不是個人體質真的會有差?
