代餐以及168斷食餓到睡不著 - 健身

目前持續了四天168,但兩天睡前餓到爆炸跑去吃東西。
我平常大概早上11點時到晚上7~9點的時候進食時間
但很大的問題時,常常禁食的時間睡前會餓到睡不著
感覺餓到睡不著帶來的身體傷害更大,於是還是跑去偷吃東西
我google後是聽說 肉類、堅果類、無糖豆漿這些可以偷喝這樣
不知道偷吃對禁食的危害有多大呢?
以及我由於煮飯不方便以及省錢的關係最近常常吃代餐
買了soylent 和huel,目前喝了感覺身體有變健康
但問題好像就是流質食物喝了沒有飽足感,半夜超級餓。
不知道用代餐的人其他食物大概吃些什麼?
我看一本健康長壽的書上是寫說要吃三代祖先以前吃的食物
那如果台灣人,是可以吃水餃、包子嗎?
