令我充滿挫折的減肥計劃 - 健身

這一個月 是剛好小妹我離職一個月的時候
趁這時失業期空閒很多 算一算銀兩還算可已夠撐
所以本來想打算來安排個密集訓練計劃
一圓減肥十公斤的大心願 (我目前60 目標48)
但不是說兩個月十公斤 以能瘦多少算多少為準
於是加入了健身房單月的會員 想說能上多少課就上多少課
這是我心目中安排好的理想計劃 (在之前因為上班懶 已經快一年沒運動了)

但計畫趕不上變化
第一天 : 第一堂極球(就是以小橡皮球為道具的律動)
因為他有許多單腳站立的動作 但原本我左腳有以前扭到的舊傷 第一堂課腳隱隱的痛
就感覺不太OK 然後接著上拳擊有氧(第一次) 不知道是不是因為我原本前天失眠
只睡了4個小時的關係 再加上因為是11~13的課 所以起床就來了都沒有吃東西
跳到第50分鐘的時候 我連一堂課都上不完 真的沒辦法 直接逃回家休息
第二天 : 我有先睡飽飽吃飽再來
從14:00的哈達瑜珈 — 游泳 250公尺 — 吃晚餐 — 跑步機快走20分 —
燃脂雕朔(其實就是"飛輪" 第一次上 我盡量都用阻力小的上完全程) — 拳擊有氧
(這次有努力撐完了 好開心 雖然中間有一些會偷懶一下)
到了今天第三天:今天一早爬起來 發現全身痠痛到一個不行 連要脫衣服都很困難
酸然前一天有盡量做伸展和按摩 但還是好痠痛阿!!!!!!
早上勉強去上了一堂"陰瑜珈"後(還好它比緩和) 整個沒辦法 上完立刻逃回家休息
現在休息了一天 還是好痠痛 只好努力把痠痛貼布貼全身
唉.....整個讓我好受打擊阿 如果這些計畫我整個體力不行的話
那不就原本要好好空下兩個月 全心全意專心減肥的想法就宣告失敗了
是不是我的計畫哪裡應該要調整阿 ??
