遇到下面情況還會繼續練嗎?
1.訓練部位感到痠痛
2.訓練部位有拉傷的感覺
3.每天早上起來發現肩膀或背、腰的肌肉痠痛
4.發燒、感冒、頭痛
上述情況哪些會繼續練、哪些會先休息呢?
順便問一下,健身頻繁導致每天想到健身就很累、甚至影響心情,這是正常的嗎?
