小弟身高161、體重53,最近開始想要練點身材,目前是
每天仰臥起坐 20下,伏地挺身10下,不曉得這樣的量會
不會太少?
並沒有說肌肉要練到多麼發達,只是不想要讓自己看起來
像白斬雞一樣。
懇請各位大大指點。
