仰臥起坐有辦法增加硬舉跟深蹲力量嗎 - 健身

請問各位巨巨
因為去年十月後開始接觸硬舉跟深蹲
一開始進步很快
但漸漸的發現硬舉總是卡在胸挺出來那段總是ㄍㄧㄥ很久
深蹲也常常覺得腿有力但是核心不夠穩固
感覺起來都是圓背起來
所以最近想說做仰臥起坐看看
可是我連續做三十下當場腹部抽筋
是不是多做一點仰臥起坐就能增加核心穩定呢?
