想請教前輩們
前幾天看到藝人蔡小姐說一天飲用2800cc
我很好奇去google她的體重,若是41kg來算
那1kg約是68cc的水份
以網路上常見醫師建議飲量約是30cc/kg
我這個每天運動約為30分鐘的三寶媽,目前70kg
白天工作,爬樓梯、講課、實作、辦公...
下班回家後煮飯,協同老公和三寶奮戰
70kg x 65cc 約4500cc 是否過多??
實行了幾天,暫時沒有水腫的問題,也許因為水攝取較多,進食量也少些
水量攝取,是否可行??
第一次發問,若有不妥請鞭小力一點
