伏地挺身器的擺放位置 - 健身

大家好,
近來參加社區的女性健身課程,
老師給我們使用s型伏地挺身器,
但老師堅持是要直放不可斜放,
位置擺在胸口的旁邊,
並且寬度與肩同寬,
做完後下胸會酸,手臂更酸,
抱歉一個門外漢的疑問,
請問伏地挺身器的擺放位置應該是如何呢?
看網路的圖片一大堆都是放得比肩還寬,
不知怎樣才確實能結實胸部呢?
