想請問各位巨巨
五月開始重訓 前陣子增肌減脂蠻成功的都有用inbody觀察
但是最近去救生員泳訓 ,早上會先游泳大約40分鐘
泳訓的強調對我來說頗喘的
一到日每天都有課所以根本沒有很好的休息日 所以重訓改成只有腿背胸
早上會先吃半根香蕉或小地瓜或半個饅頭,結果有一次游到快吐(太累),游泳教練叫我
別吃沒差,但空腹超不舒服沒體力我就還是吃個兩口而已,結果最近掉肌肉量讓我頗灰心
,因
為肌肉很難練!!
請問我是不是澱粉量要增加(我運動完還是正常吃,但是以前純重訓時的量),還是因為
現在重訓強度不夠所以維持不住?(因為游完很累,而且肩背腿吃很兇,導致重訓不是很
有力)

還有我最近一直低血壓會不會也是澱粉吃不夠 囧
