休息與運動之間如何取得平衡 - 健身

如題,這個問題困擾我很久了
一直以來身體機能就不是很好,加上從小缺乏運動
到現在工作之後幾乎每天都處於非常疲累的狀態
很想運動把體力練起來
可是每天下班後幾乎累到是一躺在床上就睡著了
更不用說有剩餘的精力去運動,可是不運動體力又越來越差
請問究竟我該如何安排規劃呢?
麻煩熱心的板友們能指點一下方向,謝謝
