伸展放鬆後? - 健身

想問一下各位前輩一個問題
最近覺得左邊臀部有點緊繃
試著用滾筒及球來壓 明顯感覺左邊比右邊來的痠痛
壓的過程疼痛感有越來越下降 壓完感覺很舒服
不過之後馬上去做臀大肌的伸展 左邊臀部的緊繃感又出現
不知道這狀況是正常的嗎?
另外請問對於緊繃的肌群 是要放鬆完做伸展 還是只做放鬆即可?
因為覺得放鬆後伸展 感覺又變緊緊的 是不是肌肉又被拉緊了...
