低熱量乳清蛋白要配合什麼飲食增重 - 健身

小弟我健身約一年半,一禮拜大致
都會去健身房4次左右,有時會因
為熬夜晚起會少吃早餐,身高182
體重66,雖然有些肌肉但看起來還
是太瘦,最近想來增重
沒吃過高蛋白,原本想嘗試高熱量
乳清蛋白,爬了本版很多文又覺得
不如多吃配低熱量的就好,成本好
像也比較划算
想請問我三餐正常吃,運動完配馬
力偉低熱量乳清蛋白,該吃些什麼
能達到高熱量乳清蛋白的功效呢?
我運動完都只有喝香蕉牛奶的習慣
