感覺上"四周練出一身肌",示範動作很多,
但是講解與注意事項說明的地方很少,
特別是也沒有錯誤示範的說明與圖示,
例如:什麼叫做下背自然拱起,那錯誤示範的動作會是如何?等等之類的。
一直覺得四周真的適合初學者嗎?
特別是剛要建立基礎體適能的人
如:3000m要跑快半小時,伏地挺身不到10下,棒式不到15秒,但又沒辦法上健身房的人。
之前在找書的時候,
有發現一本叫做""無器械健身︰用自身體重鍛煉""(簡體版)

這幾天剛好有空逛書局,發現台灣出了繁體版,還附影片光碟

我想請教一下,版上朋友是否有看過這本書呢?
繁體版因為附DVD關係而封膜,無法看它實際內容。
我在水管上有找到DVD官方內容
