推算 體脂重:22.8, 去脂體重:68.1
2/5:
體脂:22.8, 體重:89,8→
推算 體脂重:20,4, 去脂體重:69.4
期間體脂重減少:2.4,去脂體重增加:1.3
1.想請問這樣是我減掉了2.4kg的脂肪嗎?
2.然後增加的去脂體重1.3kg, 就是肌肉增長重量嗎?
3.所以依照精華區參考,這樣的身體內容之增減是最好的嗎?就無須改變減脂策略?
