便當主菜選擇(滷五花肉&炸雞排) - 減肥

本身體脂是12%
所以並沒有減肥的需要
只是平常一個禮拜會去重訓+有氧個4~5次
所以對於吃的東西比較沒有刻意去選擇
但每次對於中午便當的主菜選擇就會有點難抉擇~
滷肉--不是炸的比較健康,但帶皮又帶脂肪吃進去,感覺沒有很健康的樣子......
炸雞排--本身是炸的所以是算一個缺點,但本身雞排已經把脂肪都去掉再拿去炸
所以只有在吃肉而已
請問我要如何選擇呢??
感覺會比較健康一點~
