小弟身高169CM 4月底的時候91KG 體脂肪29%基本代謝約1850
在五月底的時候開始減重,
飲食部份每天是維持六餐,6點第1餐是一個培根蛋沙拉御飯糰
之後8點是兩顆水煮蛋剝掉蛋黃(下稱水煮蛋)
之後大約11點的時候會再補充1顆培根蛋沙拉御飯糰
之後則是13點、15點、19點、21點各補充兩顆水煮蛋
一天大約補充8杯水,約2400CC
而運動量則是早晚各跑三千公尺(約20分鐘)
然後騎腳踏車上下班(新店-臺北約15KM-40分)
然後晚上回到家則是游泳三千公尺約兩小時
截至目前為止身體的狀況是76KG 體脂肪19% 基本代謝約1760
但是內臟脂肪仍然有11,想請問各位先進,
不知道我這樣的減重方式是否合宜?
我感覺肌肉跟體能是有維持住,但是基本攝取量會否過低?
還有內臟脂肪降不太下來是否是哪裡有需要修正的地方?
還有運動量是否需要做修正?
第一次發文,已研究過澱粉跟水燃燒脂肪的原理,
也研究過銷耗>攝取>基代的原理,
我的目標是想要減到65KG左右、體脂肪12-15%
不知道要如何努力,還請各位大人不吝指教!
