最近開始做bodyrock的30天挑戰
內容是12分鐘的有氧+5分鐘的重訓
之前沒有運動的習慣
剛開始一兩天雖然酸到很想死
但是現在到第10天自己會調整強度
做完就覺得還好,並沒有很over的感覺
但是漸漸發現做完休息一下後會開始想吐,然後有點餓
跟很多人不同的是我沒有頭暈
像今天就是這樣
晚餐大約8點吃的然後約11:30運動
有吃澱粉,而且我沒有在控制食量
在猜測會不會跟吹電扇或喝冰水有關
這樣想吐不知道有沒有關係?
