最近才開始運動,平日都下班跳跳體操約半到一小時
蠻輕度的運動,所以昨天周六一大早就出門健走加散步
可能前一兩個小時算快走後來累了就慢慢走
不太喘也沒累到,但今天起床腰跟腳很酸,應該就是乳酸閾值的概念吧
其實昨天運動量不算激烈,只是身體沒習慣,想請問這樣隔天身體酸痛能跟前一天運動量
一樣嗎還是需要休息一天或是減量呢? 謝謝
