做深蹲完大腿內側會痠痛 - 健身

現在用深蹲(SQUAT)當作局部瘦身+運動
配上app監督自己的進度
頻率大概是隔日做一次
可是最近兩次做完
大腿內側的肌肉都會很酸痛
請問這是正常的嗎?
還是我的姿勢不對~?
我有參考很多影片來確認自己的姿勢
做的時候也用落地窗的影子來確認自己的姿勢
所以至少可以保證我的膝蓋沒有超過腳趾頭
另一個問題是
大家做深蹲的時候
是蹲下去就馬上站起來
還是蹲下去後會維持個兩三秒再起?
