健力和健美 - 健身

在精華區已經有很多版友討論過
就小弟我淺薄的認知
訓練肌力或爆發力不外乎是針對最大肌力(1~6rm)或神經控制著手
但小弟很好奇
基本上以健美的練法(也就是置底的新手攻略)中提到
增加肌肉體積的練法為8~12rm的重量(當然還要搭配其他像是組數等等之類的)
但以下一個例子 假若某君剛開始的練時若40p僅能舉四下
當他能夠練到舉8~12下時 相對最大肌力也就跟著提升?
所以若以健美的練法來增進肌力似乎跟健力相比是殊途同歸
但差別在於健美或許伴隨肌肉量的增加?
不知道小弟這樣的認知合不合理?
所以nba或mlb球員都是希望能增加肌力 卻不要明顯的肌肉成長?
不知這樣想對不對?
